Main feature:

11) Motor drive the nut on the linkage board, pull the cutter lateral movement, accurate position, convenient operation (down roller is passivity adjusting).
12) Shaft diameter is Ø 99 mm, steel pipe surface is grinded, plated with hard chrome;
13) Calibrated by balance, operated steadily;
14) The space of the line-pressing wheel can be manually adjusted, adjusting scope is 0~12mm;
15) Diameter of upper axle of slotting is Ø156mm, steel pipe surface is grinded, and plated with hard chrome;
16) Slotting knife width is 7mm;
17) Alloy steel material with heat treatment, grinded teeth-shape slotting knife, hardness and toughness are both good;
18) Line pressing wheel, upper and lower interval of slotting roller is manually adjusted;
19) Planetary gear phase structure with digital display, or input numbers to adjust, positive and negative 360 degrees adjustment. (Both operating and stopping can be adjusted.)
