By emitting UV light with the peak wavelength of 253.7nm (commonly called 254nm or Ozone-free/L), Lightbest sterilizer kills 99-99.99% microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa such as cryptosporidium, giardia, SARA, H5N1, etc. within 1 to 2 seconds.

2. No Secondary Pollution

The ultraviolet photons harm the DNA molecules of living organisms in different ways. In one common damage event, adjacent thymine bases bond with each other, instead of across the “ladder”. This “thymine dimer” makes a bulge, and the distorted DNA molecules will not function properly.
