Product Description
48/63KV, 64/110KV HV/ High Voltage XLPE Insulated Power Cable(including Waterproof Power Cable) for Power Station and City Electric Network
1. Application
HV XLPE insulated power cables are widely used in power station and city electric network.
This kind of cable has such characteristics as high working temperature, large transmission capacity, good electrical performance, convenience to be erected and laid, low fault rate and easy maintenance etc.
2. Standards
High Voltage XLPE Insulated Power Cable complies well with international standards, such as IEC 60840, GB11017, etc.
3. Features
The maximum allowable temperature of conductor is 90 0C at normal operation.
The maximum temperature of conductor, in case of short circuit for less than 5S continuously, shall in no case exceed 250℃
The temperature not below 0 0C when cables laid.
Installation bending radius of cable: 20D for single core cable. (D=overall diameter of cable)
4. Construction: Compacted stranded circular or segmental copper or aluminium conductor, extruded semi-conducting compound as conductor screen, cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulation, semi-conducting compound as insulation screen, semi-conducting water blocking tape, corrugated aluminium sheath, PE or PVC outer sheath.

1). Raw Material: Copper, Aluminium, PVC, PE and XLPE granules and all other materials for producing cables are all inspected carefully automatically. Only the qualified will be applied into cable production, the disqualified will be rejected.
2). Production Procedure: Cables in Yiteng are produced by advanced cable production machines.
3). Testing: Cables in Yiteng will not be packed until they are tested totally qualified. Cable Testing Machines includes Online Core Shift Detection Device, Tension Tester, Aging Test Chamber, Experimental Apparatus of Combustion, Insulation Resistance Tester and etc…
4). Package and Shippment:
With Yiteng Cable,
1. Cables are packed in standard export drums or other ways per customer's requirement;
2. Cables are packed through export stantdard wooden drums, steel drums, steel-iron drums or as your request;
3. Cables are handled and shipped carefully to ensure perfect package upon customer's receiving.
