SR202 Two-way normally closed 1 inch electric solenoid valve
Product description:
SR202 electric two-way valve consists of SR202 actuator and SR202 brass valve, used in controlling the cold or hot water pipe on or off in air conditioning system, for the purpose of controlling room temperature. valve is driven by hysteresis synchronous motor, returned by spring. When the valve does not work, it’s in normally closed state, when it works, A opening signal is provided by thermostat, to make the electric valve connect AC power and become opening state, cold water or hot water flows into the fan coil, to provide cool air or hot air for room; once the room temperature reaches the setting point of thermostat, the thermostat will shut down the power of electric valve and the spring will return to make the valve closed, thus cutting off the flow of water into the fan coil. As the valve closed or open, room temperature is always maintained at the thermostat setting temperature range.
SR202 series has two forms : two-way normally closed valve and three-way split valve, the sizes of valve threads are DN15, DN20, DN25 three type.
SR202 electric valve’s actuator and valve itself are installed by threaded sleeve, So, the actuator can be installed after the valve is installed.

(3) Seal Air Test
Seal air leakage test is based on 80PSIG(6kgf/cm2) inert-gas or the air reach the test pressure, then close the valve. after that check the valve whether it is leakage or not.
