1)AC variable frequency electric drive drilling rig, the application of uniaxial winch gear box drive and spin-up base for 114mm drill pipe, drilling depth: 3000 7000 m deep oil, gas wells.
2)Diesel generator sets as the main power, AC VFD electric drive system via the diesel generator into alternating current output frequency is adjustable, and then were driven by AC variable frequency motor drawworks, rotary pumps and drilling work.
3)Drawworks with small size, light weight, reliable performance, stable, easy maintenance and so on. AC frequency control and dynamic braking. Use the parking brake disc, positioning and emergency stop. The main functions are to achieve full digital control via computer and electronic control systems. AC variable gear motor reducer gearbox driven by the drum, as the automatic drilling and emergency braking.
4)Mast is K -type structure, low installation, since the whole place, easy accessibility, good stability and high security.
5)There are boxes stacked rig substructure, slingshot style, spin -up. All equipment used in all low countertops installation, use winch tension rose from bit.
6)Rotary table is driven by AC inverter motor gear box through a chain -driven, variable speed, torque and speed to achieve full digital control.
7)Drilling pump AC variable frequency motor drive, power, high pressure pump, can be between 0 to rated stepless speed.
8)The use of advanced digital vector control inverter system with remote monitoring and automatic fault diagnsis function to ensure flexible and reliable control system, safe and efficient.
9)Drilling parameters with real-time display, capture, storage, printing , and set up the system to create the necessary conditions for the realization of intelligent drilling engineering , information technology.
