- An electromechanical composite turntable rig is using an independent AC variable frequency motor drives , winches, drilling pump mechanically driven rig. Applicable 114m drill pipe, drill 4000-7000m deep oil, gas , wells .
- Winches and drilling rigs pump hydraulic transmission , the overall chain box unified driver program . After the diesel hydraulic coupling gear box unit through 6 are cars and car gearbox and shaft drive , cardan shaft are driven by two drilling pumps and car winch gearbox output and the input shaft using universal docking drive through V -belt drive automatic air compressors , energy generators. Furnished room equipment installed on the 0.8m high pedestal .
- Two auxiliary diesel generators and generator power grid power supply + energy .
- The main winch brake with hydraulic disc brakes , using Eaton brake ( or electromagnetic eddy current brake ) as auxiliary brake , centralized control , electric gear for automatic drilling and emergency driving .
- The turntable by AC inverter motor gear box through a chain -driven, variable speed, high torque and can meet the high speed drilling requirements.
- For the K -type derrick structure , located in the base of the foot base , good job stability , the overall use of winch power lifting , installing 500 tons to meet the requirements of top drive unit .
- Respectively rig base and spin- liter boxes stacked structure, major rig components and equipment assembled in the low use of force as a whole hoisting winch .
- Rig equipped with variable frequency (VFD) system with MCC , VFD for AC inverter motor control dial and automatic drilling , MCC control rig for other electrical equipment.
