4 grooved drum winch uniaxial structure , slotted to API specification.
5 . Winch main brake is hydraulic disc brakes , brake assist Eaton as dynamic braking or braking .
6 winches with separate CNC AC variable frequency drives and computer control systems , enabling automatic drilling ;
Triaxial four -speed chain drive winch features:
1. shaft supports are made of roller bearings, shaft material are alloy steel .
2. drive chain were forced lubrication .
3. drum grooving. Drum high and low end with a ventilating air tube clutch . Cyclic rim with brake
Water cooled , disc brake rotors using forced circulation water cooling or air cooling , on the rim and brake disc friction
Surface by surface hardening , wear resistance and long service life.
4. sprocket tooth profile surface by IF quenching .
5. main brake band brake or hydraulic disc brakes. Auxiliary brake is dynamic braking , eddy current brake
