15CrMo Alloy Steel Plate

Supply Condition and Hardness: Annealing, the hardness ≤ 229 HBS
Quenching and Tempering Specification:
Quenching temperature 1025 ~ 1070° C, the first tempering temperature 560° C, the second time 580° C.
1) Manufacture aluminum die-casting mold
2) Manufacture bearing rings rough hot upsetting punch
3) The best materials to manufacture large and medium-sized aluminum die casting, hot die, extrusion die.
4) Apply to manufacture aluminum, zinc, copper alloy extrusion die, die casting, forging die and hot shear blades, etc.
5) An ideal material for manufacturing mandrel.
6) Apply to manufacturing long life plastic mold.
