PG Series High Speed Tablet Press is rotary continuous pressing tablet machine, which are in accordance with GMP standard. The series are able to press round and irregular shape tablets as well as tablets carved with words, and are suitable for high efficient and precise pressing in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
The series use four column frame structure, which is easy to be maintained. Double-layer structure can strength the input device, and has good adaptability for granules. Full-obturated up and down guide rail and multi knockdown structure are suitable for disassembly and maintaining of each guide rail. The speed of turret and cloth bag can be adjusted respectively in order to meet different technical requirements. Use stepper motor to regular the weight of tablets quantificationally. Use PLC as the control system, and use touch-screen to operate and display. The main operation can be done within one picture. The series machines can regular the depth of filling automatically, eliminate unqualified tablets automatically, print the produce record automatically, display value of punch, and can stop to protect itself because of 21 kinds of breakdown. The series machines can also collect data with high-speed, dispose the data, control, scout, and measure.
