The PGG series Rotary Tablet Press is equipment of the first choice for tablet production. Selecting punches and dies with different specifications, tablets in circular shape, abnormal shapes, with printed patterns and characters can be pressed. The machines insist of gimbal suspension structure, mechanical transmission system, tablet press chamber, hydraulic pressure system, lubrication system, filing apparatus, tablet output apparatus and electric control operation system. Gimbal suspension structure has the merits of high bearing capacity and shock absorption capacity, suitable for producing medium and medium large tablets; in transmission system design, dual envelope worm wheel transmission in 6th grade precision is adopted, achieved high stability of transmission and high carrying capacity; enough space and good visibility of the tablet press chamber brings the operation of changing punches and dies, cleaning and maintenance much convenience; meanwhile measures of sealing and dust-proof have been taken to prevent dust leakage; it adopts frequency conversion speed variable control and worm wheel speed reduction control technologies, achieves stable transmission and continuously variable control of main motor, while material feed motor mode makes it much easier for mount and maintenance; it only uses high quality electric elements from home and abroad; colorful touch screen is used in control panel, giving harmonic human-machine interface. While the panel, combined with multi-functions of press buttons, signal indicator, data display and parameter preset, is easier to operate in right way for manipulator; slice strain transducers are used for measuring the punches preset press, which can achieve good control in tablet weights.
