The advantage of this machine pack AL-PL and AL-AL and AL-PL-AL at the same time.DPP-250EII Al-Plastic-Al automatic blister packing machine is elaborately designed, developed and manufactured by our engineer to improve the advanced technology at home and abroad, it is the initial product in China. The advantage of this machine pack AL-PL and AL-AL and AL-PL-AL at the same time.
Performance & Characteristics:
1. Adopt domestic newest high-power conveying system, using chains row to moving conveying shaft to prevent the mistakes and noise of other gear conveying.
2. This machine is composed of two subsystems: one includes PVC forming unit, feeding unit and hot-sealing unit and cutting unit., in order to easy to enter into lift or split purification workshop, connect the two parts by bolt, easy to fitting.
3. Mould adopt keyway positioning, pressing plate clamping.
4. Photoelectric control system, PVC, PTP and tropic aluminum feeding unit, scrap reclaiming unit are equipped to insure the synchronization of the stations under long distance.
5. Main motor adopt frequency control of motor speed; (the punching frequency: 20-35 time/min) which according to the journey’s length and Ease and Difficulty of filling the medicine.
6. Adopt the mechanism hand to traction, smooth running, exact synchronization; the length of tracking can easy to adjust from 30-120mm
7. Closed and open of forming heating boarding in auto, it can delay to start the machine when closed the forming heating broad, in order to limit the waste material in one board.
8. Air cushion heating sealing: chequered plate has goes up by cylinder in auto when stop the machine. It eliminate the deformations of blister by heat radiation when stop the machine, easy to clean the chequered plate and cushioning the over pressure, which prolong the machine’s life.
9. Up and down chequered board mating to heating sealing, it means that pros and cons of chequered board are point sealing chequered (also can line sealing),owing to the stress in even, it can make the board more smooth and improve the performance of sealing.
10. Match with twofold-gang feeder: improve the rate of filling for abnormity tablet and when high speed running.(suit for Alu/Pvc)
11. Auto alarm and stop to run when PVC is lack and fragment and match with urgent safe device, improve the operation safely when adjust and change the mould.
12. All parts contact with material adopt stainless steel material and meet “GMP” requirements.
