Brief introduction:Kgt type labeling machine is a vertical glue labeling machine designed for linking 

with production line.Its structure is simple. It is mainly used in the production line of lyophilized product, 

injectable powder, injectable liquid,oral liquid,eye drop,big dosage liquid and aerosol.

Characteristic:Conveyor feeding bottles,running stable,no bottle falling. Can label different size of 

bottles.

Easy operation, speed adjustable by inverter, high automation degree.

Error alarm and display.

Has the function of counting, label sensing, label correction and bottle labeling.

The whole machine is designed according to gmp requirements.

Working principle:This machine consists of conveyor,glue drum label sending and labeling device,

bottle outlet track and electric control system.

It use conveyor for bottle feeding,main motor drives the label to the big drum as label sending. 

When the fiber sensor sense the bottle position,the drum will auto send the label and roll the label 

onto the bottle body.
