Capability and Characteristic:
1. dopt servo driving, PLC realizes multishaft high precision synchronous running with international advanced level.
2.Adopt advanced man-machine interface and alarm system to ensure normal running and easy operation.
3.Adopt safe and reliable on-line vision detecting and rejecting system to ensure better quality of product.
4.Change the running speed automatically according to output match and different packing requirement, to balance the system.
5.Only need to change few parts and simple adjustment when changed the product specifications, which is very fast and convenient.
6.All transmission systems adopt synchronizing belt with flexible coupling and strong resistance to impact, no need lubricating oil, which is healthful and easy to maintain. 7.In whole layout, clean areas and unclean areas are separated for compliance with GMP requirements.
8.Adopt innovative and transparent security casters to enhance general view and security of the machine.
Main Function:
PVC blister forming, Material automatic filling, filling detection, PTP hot-sealing, waste reclaiming, cutting;
automatic encasing of medicine card and manual sheet, waster automatic eliminating.

Solid articles in chemical industry, light industry and food industry, such as nutrient pills, capsules etc.
