PBS-100 Swinging Counting Machine
This machine is applicable to pharmaceutics, food-industry and chemical industries. It can count, Full into bottles tablets(coated,capsules or not-coated) automatically and can also connected with the next Produce in production.
It is beautifully shaped, its construction is new and original. It is easily adjusted and applicable to productions of multiple specifications, it is ideal packing equipment.
Structure and characteristics:
A. Transducer is adopted to regulate the running speed of the mainframe so as to match with various objects or receptacles.(PSP-100)
B. The whole machine is controlled by PLC program, which is easy to operate but has a reliable enginery.(PSP-100)
C. Transmission is operated within a box structure, which has a good effect of anti-dust and easy to be lubricated.
D. Only small changes of few accessory is required in terms of different containers.
E. There is detection equipment that would not allow filling without bottles.
F. According to GMP standard, there is a dust-collector.
