It's a single-head lid-screwing machine, a good companion of product's packing process for light, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The machine screws the cover to plastic bottles with a spiral opening, tightness is also adjustable. Certain change of accessories may help to realize automatic lid screwing for bottles of various kinds whose volumes are within range of 15-200ml.The machine is also equipped with such devices as to stop running without bottles, or start to work automatically once comes a bottle. It may either be attached with a revolving plate, working together with automatic machines like counting machine, paper-carrying machine, high-frequency aluminum foil sealing machine and label-attaching machine or be used with revolving
Structure and characteristics:
A. Body machine has adopted speedless velocity regulated by frequency-transformer so as to be applied to different containers. (PXG-1001)
B. All processes are controlled by PLC program, easy to operate and stable in property.(PXG-1001)
C. Transporting parts of the body machine minimize the influence of lubrication to the material.
D. To apply to different containers only a few changes of spare parts are required. And there is protection equipment that will not allow lid-screwing without a bottle.
