Product Introduction
Our company produces CN-YJZGGCD short pluggable dry type GIS termination and CN-YJZGGCC long pluggable dry type GIS termination widely used for GIS electrical equipment and cable connections.
They are composed of connector lug, epoxy bushing, prefabricated stress cone, cone prop, and wiping sleeve.
The prefabricated silicone rubber main body adopts imported liquid silicone rubber injecting forming , so it has long-term stability of lasting hold force and electric field uniform ability.
Epoxy bushing adopts epoxy resin vacuum pouring forming, and cone prop fastening pluggable full dry structure. There’s no need to fill insulating gas or oil, effectively ensures the long-term safety operation of the product. Our product is using multiple sealing structures which can effectively prevent the leakage of water immersion. All of the seals are using imported NBR or silicon rubber material. All of the fasteners are stainless steel with good waterproof seal performance.
Products meet the standards of IEC60859 (1999), IEC62271-209 (2007) in accordance with GIS electrical equipment standard. There is little differing in terms of sizes of products between the two standards. If users does not require in written form, we produce generally based on the standard of IEC62271-209.
The cross sectional areas range of cables with supporting accessories of various voltages is as following:
48/66kV~56/77kV 150~1400mm²;
64/110kV~76/138kV 240~1600mm²;
127/220kV~290/500kV 400~3000mm²
Product Characteristics:
Advanced structure: fully sealed pluggable dry type structure, can firstly send epoxy bushing and plugging to the GIS equipment factory and pre-installed it in the GIS equipment, which can prevent from repeating sealing, electric properties testing in factory and installation place of users, which can not only ensure the quality of products but also save time and cost for users.
Easy installation: the length of processing cable for plug-in structure termination is less than 300mm. The dry-type structure is oil free and gas free, greatly reducing the labor of installation.
