Product Introduction

Our company produces CN-YJJTI prefabricated silicone rubber insulated straight through joint and CN-YJJJI prefabricated silicone rubber insulating joint, applied to connect two identical or similar cross sections of the cable.

They are composed of prefabricated insulating main body (including stress cone), metal protective sheath and fiberglass outer protective sheath.

The prefabricated silicone rubber main body adopts imported liquid silicone rubber injecting forming which has long-term stability of lasting hold force and electric field uniform ability.

Metal protective sheath is composed with two different lengths of metal tail tube and tubular insulating ring, filled with insulating sealant, and covered with insulating and sealing.

The outer protective sheath of glass fiber reinforced plastics is in the outermost layer, filled with waterproof sealant which protects the mechanical properties, anti-erosion and sealing of middle joints, ensuring the safety of long run.

Our product is using multiple sealing structures which can effectively prevent the leakage of water immersion. All of the seals are using imported NBR or silicon rubber material. All of the fasteners are stainless steel with good waterproof seal performance.

For different work environments and users’ specified requirements, metal protective sheath and fiberglass outer sheath are optional. In environments without water damage, mechanical damage or corrosion, there is no need to use outer metal protective sheath or fiberglass sheath, which is better for heat emission of the product to ensure long service life.

In environments with depth of water immersion of 0.5 meter, erosive materials and great possibilities of mechanical damage, please choose the metal protective sheath and fiberglass sheath, which is better for protect products. For the above two environments, one option can be chosen to ensure the stable and safe operation of middle joints in service life.

The cross sectional areas range of cables with supporting accessories of various voltages is as following:

48/66kV~56/77kV 150~1400mm²;

64/110kV~76/138kV 240~1600mm²;

127/220kV~290/500kV 400~3000mm²
