Burst Pressure Test Bench
Shineeast Burst Pressure Test Benches involves SBT400 Model are specialized test rigs to provide pressure and bursting testing for various hydraulic hoses, valves,vessels,tubes and other hydraulic products.They are powered by hydraulic pump motor and use Shineeast air driven hydraulic pump for liquid pressurization.Test pressure is up to maximally 300Mpa.Test medium can be water and hydraulic oil.
Applications
- Pressure and burst testing of pressure, high pressure and ultra-high pressure hoses, hydraulic pressure hoses, expansion, radiator and steering booster hoses, aeronautic hoses and tubes/pipes, high pressure tubes/pipes
- leak and length variation testing of above components
- Burst pressure and leak testing of various pressure vessles
Burst pressure testing of automobile pumpbrake system or components,power steering etc.

Key features and advantages of computer control test bench:
l Separate testing and driven system. Available for easily temperature control as well as powering a variety of mediums, such as oil,water or non-corrosive liquids
l Real-time monitoring on testing bench, testing data is recorded on high-speed sampling cards, which is from American NI company; testing data can be outputted out
l Testing report will pop up automatically when testing ends.
l Test data can be printed out
l Alarming at due time bursting and due point recording
