Product overview

SINOTRUK MT13 gas engine,which design and develop with the United States EControls company ,is based on MC13 series diesel engine. It is a using liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas engine and it’s a new generation of high quality energy conservation and environmental protection engine with high reliability, strong performance, low gas consumption, low noise .As one of the most successful gas engine case ,MT series engine just like the masterpiece of EControls company, and had the opportunity to participate in Hanover, Germany commercial auto show in 2014.

Product features

Inherit advanced technology and excellent quality of the MC series diesel engine.

Four valve structure design effectively improve the charging efficiency, the spark plug effectively improve the flame propagation speed, and Econtrols new generation of CFV ensures continuous and accurate gas supply, thin combustion mode make the combustion more sufficient :

1.The above measures effectively reduced after burning, sharply reduce the exhaust temperature, improve the inherent shortcomings of gas-engine thermal load is high

2. Improve the gas machine’s inherent defects of low torque at low speed ,improve the power performance,

3. Finally further improve the fuel economy of the engine.

  Iridium electrode spark plugs : Significantly increases the service life of the spark plug

  Econtrols new generation of CFV gas supply system:  Continuous gas supply to ensure the high reliability of the system itself and long durability.

  Electronically controlled pressure regulating air inlet : Implement lean burn, guarantee the low gas consumption, soft burning , high thermal efficiency, low exhaust temperature.

  Wide domain oxygen sensor : Control air-fuel ratio,  ensure economic and environmental emissions standards

  All condition closed-loop control : To achieve the optimal combustion.
