The SINOTRUK’s MC11 series engine synchronized product technology , production process, quality standards , release process with German MAN company’s D20 series engine. Main fittings adopt mainly MAN company original brand such as a world-class supplier. MC11 engine have synchronous production with Germany, and meet the road National standard IV – V. Its Performance, fuel economy, reliability, durability, noise and other indexes reached the international leading level.

Vermicular cast iron cylinder block

Sharply improves stiffness and strength of the cylinder body, reduce weight

Main body bearing bore and connecting rod made by rose-off process

Precise fitting, stable quality, can withstand higher combustion pressure.

Integral cylinder head:

Good sealing, high strength, good rigidity, high reliability.

Overhead camshaft:

Valve-train stiffness sharply improved, precision control with gas phase, improves combustion, and at the same time reduces the mechanical damage and failure rate

Independent cooling waterway and lubricating oil way in cylinder block and cylinder head: Eliminate risk of oil and water leakage between cylinder block and cylinder head; significantly improve the cooling performance and reliability.
