DZ603-16 Three-Phase Close-Link Energy Meter Test Station
Main features:
1. Equipped with current isolating CT, current of each meter position is isolated
by 1: 1, which makes it possible to test the three-phase closed loop meters without
disconnecting the voltage and current links
2. The tested meters may be same specification with different constants. The meters
such as single phase mechanical, electromechanical and electronic meters can be tested simultaneously
3. Equipped with the high precision reference meter with wide range
4. Randomly set the basic current and the maximum current, no limit to the current range
5. Automatic warning when the voltage output is in short circuit (overload) and the
current output is in open circuit (overload)
6. Automatic capturing rotor mark or carry out start testing and running with no
load test, and automatic judges the testing results
7. Randomly set 2 to 21 harmonics, error curve can be made, value can be calculated
8. Fully automatic meter testing controlled by computer, intelligent data processing
and network data sharing
9. Support Meter bar code reading
10. Randomly setting of reporting table and certificate formats
11. It can be equipped with GPS clock calibrator to check the daily error, time-interval
error, time projection error, the maximum demand; check constant, register
display error and RS485 communication
12. The unit of measuring ambient temperature and relative humidity is optional
13. The unit of measuring the consumption of meter under test is optional

1. Accuracy class 0.1, reference standard meter with 0.05%
2. Different meter positions are available
3. Output current range: 0.1A, 60A, 80A, 120A, which can be divided into the points:
0.1A, 0.5A, 1A, 2.5A, 5A, 10A, 20A, 50A, 100A; output voltage ranges: 57.7V,
100V, 220V, 380V
4. Voltage output power: 1200VA per phase, current power: 600VA per phase (for 32 meter
positions )
5. For each range of voltage and current 0 to 120% of value can be continually adjusted,
the resolution is better than 0.01 %
6. Phase scope 0 to359.9 degrees, adjusted resolution is 0.1 degree
7. Range of frequency is from 45.00 to 65.00Hz, adjusted resolution is 0.01Hz
8. Output stability of voltage, current and power: <0.05%
9. Output distortion of voltage and current: <0.5%
10. Power supply: 3 x 220V±10% AC 50 Hz (or as per your request)
