Product Installation                                                                                                  

1. The host installation in the workplace, the extension is installed outside the workplace (with double-sided adhesive mounting), connect the extension's plug into the host's  "extension" jack.

2. Insert the DC 12V adapter into the 220V mains supply , insert 12V DC plug into the host of "Power" jack.

3. Press the Power "switch" of the host, the red power indicator light, means power supply is working properly. speak within 50cm of the host, sound inside spread out from the outside extension; the customer's voice outside spread out from inside hosts,  indicating two-way intercom working properly.

4. The "microphone" jack of the host can connect an external microphone, direct access to external microphone and extension achievetwo-way intercom.

5. when needed to record internal and external voice at the workplace. It can be connected to  the "record" hole of the host output sound signal.

6. the machine has been set dual-channel, maximum volume  "6" for the best results, you can turn down a channel according to the actual needs.

Product  Troubleshooting                                                                                         

Phenomenon 1: Silent
1. 220V power is not plugged in, the power supply should be plugged.
2. four-core cable plug or DC power plug loose, please seated.
3. did not turn up the knob, adjust knob.

Phenomenon 2: whistle
1, the installation environment is poor of sound insulation , should be further distancing the host and extensions.
2, noisy environment, adjust the volume knob to the smaller.

Phenomenon 3:  Client earpiece sound too quiet 
1, the inner volume is too small. adjust knob.
2, the customer is too far from the station.

Phenomenon 4: intermittent sound, can not even transfer
1, the speaker is too far from the microphone(less than 50cm ideal).
2, when one is speaking, the other to grab the words will be suppressed.
3, ambient noise is too strong, you can adjust the volume knob of the corresponding channel, or require the speaker close to the microphone.
