Our Advantages
1)Changed the traditional gel filling style, innovative and improved equipment is more suitable for gel filling process requirements.
With high-pressure pump, shoot the gel into the gel filling valve from gel barrel through the pipeline, controlled by gel filling valve, and then fill the gel into the test tube and reduce the bubbles through the distribution device. Gel filling device has a suck-back function and increase the corresponding wire cutting technology, which greatly reduced the wire drawing phenomenon.
2)Accurate, beautiful shape, and high efficiency
One valve control one test tube for gel filling for one time, and the whole equipment filling gel for 10 test tubes one time. Control the gel filling volume through adjusting the gel filling valve dosing equipment. Control standard accuracy tolerance is 3%.
3)Simple filling, easy operation
When fill the gel, just put the raw material barrel into the pressure barrel, in this case avoided the gel pouring trouble, increased the working efficiency. Use the man-machine interface PLC to adjust the process parameters, such as the gel filling time.
