Equipment Introduction
The whole production line is used to assemble 16mm vacuum blood collection tube automatically, including automatic tube filling, spraying & dosing, drying, online capping & stoppering, pre-vacuuming & tray loading etc..
This machine is the first line in China which can realize online cap & stopper combination.
Meanwhile, it is also the first line directly using derangement foam tray.
It can track and inspect the assembling technology in the whole process, and reject the faulty ones.
Basically resolve the traditional process which has inadequate control to the products quality.
It also enhances the products quality, and reduces labor cost.
The line can be equipped with laminar air flow hood.

This machine includes tube loading, filling, drying1, drying2, capping, stoppering, pre-vacuuming, vacuum sampling, tray loading.Comparing with traditional type, overall length is only the half.

This machine uses multi-axis manipulators, to ensure the equipment precise running and digital control.
Multi-channel filling system, high efficient drying system, special capping and stoppering, with vacuum degree detection device, bring the system more stable running, and higher production capacity.
lII Less operators
With online cap & stopper combination function, it can reduce one cap & stopper combination machine and the relevant operator.
The whole production line only need 2 operators to easily run the production process.
