Q: What kind of quality certificate do you have? |
A: We have CE certificate, SGS, ISO, etc. |
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? |
A: Quality is our focus. From the beginning till the end of machine manufacture, we inspect every component before using. Machine will have tests after finished. |
Q: How about the delivery time? |
A: Usually, our machines can be delivered within 30 working days. |
Q: What’s the payment terms? |
A: Usually, we do T/T with 30% deposit, and 70% balance paid before machine delivery. And L/C, western union, etc. are also acceptable. |
Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit? |
A: We are in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. About one hour from Shanghai by air. All our clients, from home and abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! |
