has complete production lines which cover from steel billets she consumes herself till prime quality final finished products including:
- Hot/cold rolled steel strip in coil with surface finish black or galvanized.
(annual production capacity: 5 million mt)
- Thin wall ERW steel tube/pipe (round, square and rectangular) mainly for furniture making application.
(annual production capacity: 2.75 million mt)
In addition to above, BSX is also a reliable source of supply, from approved and certified manufacturers (API, BV, DNV, TÜV, LR, PED), of the commodities which mainly cover:
- ERW Structure Steel Tube to ASTM A53, ASTM A500, in round, square and rectangular section with surface finish black, oiled or galvanized.
- SSAW LSAW ERW or SMLS OCTG Steel Pipe to API 5L. Beveled ends with surface finish black or 3PE or epoxy paint.
- SMLS OCTG Steel Casing Pipe to API 5CT with plain ends or LTC, STC, BTC or VAM.
- Black Or Galvanized Steel Strip/Sheet In Coil + PPGI PPGL, SGCC SGCH SGLCC to DX-51D, JIS G3302 G3312 G3321.
- Stainless Steel (sheet/plate, welded and seamless tube) in 200, 300, 400 series and duplex.
- Stainless Steel & Titanium Pipe Fittings (elbow, tees, flange, reducer, stubend etc..) to ASTM and ASME specification.
