Ball FLASHING MACHINE Features
FEATURES
This is used in the second operation of ball manufacturing process. Maximum stock removal from ball is done by machine with aid of two special cast Iron plated duly hardened and tempered known as gap tool and ring plate. The loading capacity of this machine is 300 kg and the consumption of electricity is 24 Kw technically sound so sound this is made that accuracy level upto + 15 microns is achieved from this machine
Ball Lapping machine features
FEATURES
This machine is used in the final operation of Ball manufacturing. In ball lapping not only the super finish is obtained but also the geometrical parameters are controlled for high precision balls. The loading capacity of this machine is 100 Kg. to 200 Kg. In vertical and Horizontal type machine and electricity consumption is 15 HP (with drive type of dyno drive or frequency drive). The tools plates used in thie machine are of graded cast Iron. The machine is built up with so advanced technology that the accuracy level upto 0.005 mm
Ball Grinding Machine features
FEATURES
This machine is used for stock removal of heat treated balls and also to control the ovality and improve good surface finish. The machine consists of one abrasive wheel and one gap plate of alloy cast iron. Also four diamond dressers are used to dress the abrasive wheel. These diamonds automatically dresses the abrasive wheel with a special attachment while grinding machine is working. The loading capacity of this machine is 250 Kgs. And power consumption is 17 HP (with Drive Type of Dyno Drive or Frequency Drive) with 30 KW planetary gear box
