Double-fluid Low Pressure Grouting Pump XPB-10
Threefold (double) liquid pump is a newlydeveloped product of our company
on the basis of high-pressure grouting pump to meet the special needs of grouting,
each working cylinder adopts the mode of separate fluid feeding & discharge,
meet the requirements of users with a variety of fluid grouting. One-way valve
is installed at front end of each drainage pipeline to prevent different kinds
of fluids mixing in the pump, and effectively avoid the pump stopping working
due to too quick solidification. One-way valve should be set up in the nearest
location to the working plane, which is conducive to the use of security.
The working principle of threefold (double) liquid pump is exactly as same as
that of high-pressure plunger pump, and the difference comes from the variance
of sealing methods caused by different ways of feeding and drainage as well as different mediums, and material change caused by the need
of corrosion resistance.
Various pump-type slurry pumps provided by our company can all be transformed into threefold liquid pump, and the parameters shown in
