Dead or disease chicken disposal equipment for chicken farm can produce meat and bone meal
This dead animal disposal equipment can deal with 1000 kilogram of animals at very 6 hours. Carcasses of livestock and poultry, after a process of hermetic transportation, lifting, crushing under high temperature and pressure environment, disinfection, drying, waste gas purifying and degreasing, , are transformed into meat and bone meal and animal oil.
Those waste materials can be totally recycled and used efficiently. The unit has crushing function, so the carcasses need no dismember , which can block the spread of germs. There is no need of any other auxiliary ingredients and there is no emission of waste gas. Therefore, the processing cost is low. This unit has some merits like compact structure, easy operating, energy efficiency and green environmental protection. The unit occupies 15(m2) floor space and the operation area is 40 to 50(m2).

There are one to three engineers will be send to your company to install and test the machine;(costomer need to pay for the engineers' business trip expense, and prepare the assembly tools)
2. Payment
30% down payment and the balance should be paid before shipment.

including foundation drawings, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book and maintenance book,etc.
