Bowl Mill Coal Pulverizer is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder after they have been broken into certain sizes. It is widely used in chemical industry,new building materials, silicate product,fire-proof material,fertilizer industry, black and non-ferrous metal processing, as well as glass-ceramics industry, It does dry or wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other materials.
Energy Saving Ball Mill Structural Features :
Bowl Mill Coal Pulverizer contains the feeding part, discharging part, Rotary part, Transmission Division ( decelerator, small transmission gear , motors , electrical control ) and other major components. Hollow shaft is casted with steel and the lining is replaceable ,the rotating big gear adopts rolling gear casting , the body of the ball mill has wear-resistant cylinder liner inlaid , and has good wear resistance performance. All of this make the ball mill run stable and reliable work .
1.Bowl Mill Coal Pulverizer is easily installed, its principle changes the original structure,the body and the chassis are integrated, when doing installation, just after hang the equipment on the plane ground,it can be put into production.
2.Consumption is greatly reduced, energy saving up to 30% compared with old-fashioned ball mill;
3.3. In condition of fixed costs, not only grinding fineness improved, but also productivity increases about 15%;
4.Operation of the equipment is more stable, and its service life improved greatly.
Energy Saving Ball Mill Working principle:
This ball mill has two warehouses and its outside runs along the gear,the material enters spirally and evenly to the first warehouse of the milling machine.
In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, at this time, the steel ball is carried to some height and falls , thus to make the material grinding and striking.
After coarse grinding of the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scale board.
In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and the process of grinding is completed.
