Application of cylinder stone scrubber;
Cylinder stone scrubber is applied for washing applications in sand plant, mine, concrete batching plant, and industries like building materials production, transportation, chemistry, water conservancy, etc. Our sand washing machine is a highly efficient machine designed on the basis of the detailed washing needs in mining industry and comes with features like good washing effect, reasonable structure, large capacity, and less sand loss during washing process. The transmission part of this sand washing machine is isolated from water and sand, which could greatly reduce the error rate of the machine.
Working principles of cylinder stone scrubber;
1. Electric motor rotates impeller slowly through V-belt and reduction box.
2. The sands rotate with the impeller and rub each other so that the impurities on the surface of the sands are scaled off.
3. By adding water to form a powerful current, the impurities are removed from the sand washing machine.
Features of cylinder stone scrubber:
1. This sand washing machine is of simple structure. The driving device of the impeller is separated from water dirt and sand. This greatly reduces the fault rate.
2. Compared with traditional spiral sand washing machine, this sand washing machine has the following merits.
