It Mainly used for grinding the materials like corn straw, crop waste, bamboo powder, hay, straw, husk , block etc.The machine is also mainly used in feedstuff producing industry.The power consumption of Ring Die Feed Pellet Machine is less, the structure is reasonable and it is economical durable.The final pellets’ length can be adjusted, diameter 6-30mm for option before ordering. Density: 1.0-1.3t/m3
Working Principle:
First let Raw materials (The water content should be no greater than 15%)enter into screw feeder through hopper, second adjust the rotational speed of screw feeder axis to obtain the suitable flow of material,during this step the security magnets remove the magnetic impurity mingling away supplies, then through the enforced feeder, the materials enterinto the pressing room to pelletize finally.

2. The machine can be used φ2.5, φ3, φ4, φ5, φ6, φ8 aperture ring mode, witch can be choosen according to needs.
3. It is Suitable for small and medium-sized farm for personal use or for small and medium-sized feeds manufacturing, its capacity is 2-5t/h and it can be used in feed manufacturing which annual output is 5000-10000t.
