Ring Die Feed Particles Machine is mainly used for making crude fiber materials into pellets. The materials can be sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds and crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials. It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer, organic manure as well as fertilizer for low-temperature granulation.
Ring Die Feed Particles Machine Working Principle
Raw materials with water content no greater than 15% enter into screw feeder through hopper, through adjusting the rotational speed of screw feeder axis to obtain the suitable flow of material, the security magnets remove the magnetic impurity mingling with supplies, then through the enforced feeder, enter the pressing room to pelletize finally.

3. Frequency converter control feeder flow,full stainless steel feeder ,cover and chute.
4. Special made feeder for stable and even feeding of glass, wood sawdust, stew, hops and so on.
Notes for the Ring Die Feed Particles Machine :
a.Regarding to the spare parts, normally they would be changed per 5 months or so.
b. Final products from the granular machines: the final size could be: Φ6, 8, 10, 12mm, etc. The length is 8 – 18 mm.
c. Density: 1.0-1.3 t/m3.
d. The minimal quantity per order: 1 set.
e. Payment: T/T. 40% as the deposit, the balance is paid after faxing the copy of B/L.
f. Delivery time: Within 25 days after receipt of the deposit.
g. Warranty time: in 18 months except for spare parts.
