Hot sale Mobile Hammer Crusher
Hammer crusher is also called Hammer breaker. It is widely used to crush brittle, medium-hard materials for mining, metallurgy, cement, coal, metallurgic, construction material, road building, and petroleum &chemical industries. And the Mobile Hammer Crusher series are regarded as the preferred equipment, because they have the featuers of less investment, high efficiency, small volume, light weight, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, high ratio of crushing, even product size, high producing capacity, etc. Mobile Hammer Crusher can be usded as medium size and fine crusher. The highest compressive strength is 320Mpa.
Mobile Hammer Crusher is mainly composed of casing, rotor, hammers and bars. The casing is divided into two parts: up casing and down casing, which is connected by welding steel; other parts are connected by screws. The inside of casing is high manganese steel lining board, which is easy to be changed. There are several hammers in the spindle, which make up of rotor together with turntable and wear hammer shaft. It works through motor and V-belt to drive spindle and rotor rotating, so that centrifugal force producing by the hammer rotating spread out. Then when the big material is put into the crushing chamber, it is crushed by the high speed hammer. Afer those process, the standard materials are screened out by the down bar and non-standard one is left on the crushing chamber and is crushed again. In order to avoid clogging, the humidity of the material should be below 10%-15.
Operating principle of Hammer Crusher:
The motor drives the rotor of the hammer crusher through the belt to rotate at a high speed.The materials are sent into the crusher and are crushed by the high speed impacting, cutting and grinding of the hammer. Under the rotor is the sieve, the standard size products can be discharged through the sieve. While the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammer and being crushed again.
