Applicable to all kinds of medical tubes especially for PVC oxygen tube producing with high output and high precisely cutting
A. Application:
applicable to the production of high precisely medical oxgen tube, shield tube,latex tube and PVC short tube of disposable infusion apparatus and other conduits
B. Main Features:
B1. According to raw material characteristics with the specific design of the optimized structure of the screw, barrel; materials are carefully made of alloy steel with strength to ensure a higher plasticizing materials, processing performance and stability.
B2. The main extruder adopts high stable AC motor, double reduction hardened gear box drive, to ensure the energy saving production, smooth operation and quiet as well as long service life.
B3. High-end temperature control configuration system, temperature control accuracy of ± 1.5°C, to ensure extrusion Products and the roundness / dimensional accuracy of the pipe materials.
B4. Requirements according to different configurations using Japan Mutsubishi PLC controlling technology and system, human-computer interface system, on-line automatic measuring
diameter, automatic feedback automatic adjustment system.
B5. The proper configuration of the hose machine meets high efficiency, high precision, high-quality and maximum economy requirements of modern production, reduce the labor intensity, to prevent secondary pollution of products, to meet the requirements of Pharmaceutical type "GMP" equipment.
