Precision Medical Tube Making Machine
Usage:
Precision medical tube extrusion line is mainly used in the production of oxygen tube, blood transfusion tube, catheter, drainage tube, tracheal intubation, central venous catheter, anesthesia tube, perforated tube and various types of precision medical tubes.
Main features:
Precision medical tube extrusion line is stable and efficient, especially its voltage,hydraulic, pneumatic, extrusion and traction speed are digital control when producting process.The roundness and wall thickness have reached a high standard of ± 0.02mm.
1.Precision extruder:
1. Mechanical structure:frame bottom and whole thickened plate make volume weight and lower center of gravity, ensure the machine running stability.
2. Power system: Electric part adopts Japan Fuji inverter control, the main motor adopts Siemens motor, power system is stable and reliable.
3. Temperature control: Temperature control adopts Japanese OMRON intelligent temperature control meter, intelligent control of double PID, using solid state relay, control process is more quiet and reliable.
Air-cooling adopts centrifugal multi-blade fan,no noise while big air volume.
4. Extrusion mould: Extrusion mould adopts imported heat stability of S136 special extrusion die steel, mirror the flow path, to provide protection for the high quality products.
2.The Vacuum Calibration cooling tank system:
1. Mechanical structure:Made of SUS304 stainless steel, full toughened glass closed structure with sealing plates around.This water tank is specially for medical dust-free condition.
2. Three-dimensional regulating system:
Three-dimensional regulating system adopts rail regulation,which is convenient,smooth and good straightness, and adjusted by four screw adjustment from top to bottom,allows the cooling tank more stable and small vibration.
3.Centrifugal pump is for medical grade deionized special stainless steel water pump, sizing cooling method of uniform water ring type and degree of vacuum can be digital control. Sizing and cooling method of uniform water ring type and degree of vacuum can be digital control.
3.The Haul-off:
The haul-off system is using PU flexible multi wedge belt, high precision line guides opening and closing, long down regulation mechanism, German Siemens Servo motor and controller, imported synchronous belt transmission mode, which can effectively overcome using gear rotates or slight shock due to gear rotates over the tooth,which ensure the haul-off speed more stable and provide the guarantee for high quality products.
4.Cutter
German Siemens Servo motor drive, PLC programming control and man-machine interface are all German Siemens brand; Cutting and haul-off adopt a special structure, which ensure the soft tubules is blocking, cutting knife adopts the hose for the chipless cutting device, cutting times can be automatic counting and cutting length can be set freely with precision of ± 1mm.
5.Electrical control system: Siemens
The haul-off is driven by Siemens 1KW servo motor,which speed is stable and accurate.Cutting machine is driven by Siemens servo motor, Siemens PLC, touch human-computer interface integrated control system, which is accurate counting, convenient and intuitive operation. Realize traction, cutting, conveying three parts centralized control.

2. The supplier is responsible for installation,debugging and training, but the air tickets,insurance,eating,housing and every day 50 USD for each engineer will be payed by the buyers.
3. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year .
