Scoring & Creasing & Perforating Machine
Tabletop impact creasing and perforating machine that provides a simple economical solution for low volume or occasional creasing/perfing jobs. It creases and perforates on any angle up to 90°with a simple manual adjustment of perf, narrow or wide crease.
1. HCP315 offers great quality creasing and perforating of single sheets, for smooth folds and clean tear offs.
2.Perforates for food coupons, vouchers, etc;
3. Perforates up to 250gsmpaper;
4. Creases up to 400gsmpaper thickness;
5. 0-90 degree creasing & perforating angle;
6. The mechanism is working with a knife and a v-shaped counter knife in order to be very smooth;
7. Millimeter scale runs along the sides;
8. Easy adjustment of front, rear & angular paper guides;
9. Easily move from perforation, narrow or wide scoring blades
10. Simple manual adjustment required to change codes.
11. Includes 1 scoring blade & 1 perforating blade.
Description
The creasing & perforating machine is designed for the final processing of graphical materials.
The grooving finish allows for the smooth folding of publicity materials, annual reports, wedding cards, invitation cards, seasonal cards, menu, and so on.
The advantage is perfect design, precision and high quality service.
The perforated finish is applied on tear-off paper products such as admission tickets, vouchers, food coupons, etc.
A millimeter scale is running along the sides of its base.
It is used to adjust the front, rear, and angular stop.
In the process of creasing, the paper weight can up to 400gsm.
The width of crease is 1.2 / 1.8mm. And its creasing angle is 0 ~ 90°.
It is convenience for transformation. Substitute the upper grooving bar with a perforation of paper whose maximum weight is 250gsm.
