Basic Configuration 0f 100T/H mobile bitumen equipment:

1.Cold aggregate supply mobile modular (include elevator)

Each cold feed bin is equipped with the feeding belt and sound-light alarm device, when aggregate conveying capacity below the lower limit or suddenly lack of material, the device will alarm immediately to notify the operator handle in time. The door of the cold feed bin can be appropriate adjustment to meet the requirement of the aggregate configuration

 

2.Inclined belt feeder

 The vertical roller and carrier roller adopts built-in oil-sealed lubricating bearing which can work in long time without lubrication. Both ends of collecting tilted belt conveyor are equipped with medial clean up scraper and lateral clean up scraper, which ensure belt surface in good working condition and reduce belt abrasion

 

3.Dry drum moving module(include oil burning system)

The drying drum welded together by steel plate. After being thrown into drying drum, the aggregate goes into the special design blade, which makes the material falling uniformly like the “aggregate curtain”, so that the aggregate can make sufficient heat exchange with the hot smoke produced by the burner. There special thermal protection blade in the flame burning zone will ensure no “aggregate curtain” in this zone, make sure the flame fully burning, and form a protection layer between the blame and the internal wall of the drying drum in order to reduce the heat loss.

 

4.Hot aggregate elevator(put in cold supply modular during transportation)

Hot elevator adopts chain bucket elevator. The drive reducer is equipped with direction setting anti-reversal device which has been manufactured when the plant was pre-assembled and routine test.

 

5.Dust moving module(include leve one dust collector and draught fan chimney)

The bag of the bag house filter adopts high temperature resistant material, which can withstand 220°C high temperature. All the bags mouths are equipped with spring buckle, combing with the special bag support frame, to make sure the installation of the bag quickly and reliably.

 

6.Mix tower mobile module

The mixing tower adopts high position design (two discharge method: discharging the mixed material into material mover, then discharging into the mixed material storage silo; discharging the mixed material directly into the truck from the bottom of the mixing tower or the mixed material storage silo.

 

7.Filter supply mobile module(include filter elevator)

 

8.Bitumen supply mobile module(include thermal oil furnace system)
