Weighting system adopts single bin, 4 pints hang, with transport fixed components, weighting capacity: aggregate 1250kg, powder 170kg, bitumen 90kg.

The sensor adopts Sino-US TOLEDO, with accuracy weighting, weighting error automatic compensation.

Double inducer drive, twin shaft reverse rotation mixing tank.

Mineral powder supply system

Bitumen supply mobile module(include thermal oil furnace system)

30m³ bitumen tank 1 set, 10m³ diesel tank 1 set, 2m³ dump tank 1set, pipe and pump,. 300000 kcal thermal oil furnace one set, valve 1 set.

Use conduction oil to heat bitumen. The temperature grows fast, easy to use. Bitumen tank settled on the ground, easy to discharge bitumen.

Set aside type finished product bin

One horizontal transport cart, one lifting transport cart, one reject bin, one finished product storage bin, one winch, one diesel spray device.

Two air compressor, two 600L gas storage tank, one 350L gas storage tank, Simple air compressor machine room, cylinder, solenoid valve for each one set.
