1. Advantage of Concrete Roof Tile Making Machine
1)Its with the merits of fast molding speed, large output, reliable performance, PLC automatic control and convenient operation. Its hydropneumatic, with the speed as high as 7-8 pieces/min. 3000-3500pcs/shift=8hours/day.In addition, the rate of finished products is high, and the quality-price-relative is better.
2)The cement-tiles made of the mortar concrete with press-filtering molding are with the perfect structure. In addition, there are many kinds available, with high density, strong intensity, and nice dimensions, which are the excellent on the concrete products, meeting the different construction requirements
3)The machine is with multi - functional. By changing molds, it could be used to produce master tile, ridge tile, edge tile, drain-tile, etc. In addition, it could also be used to product various top-grade colorful ground tile, including terrazzo tile, bathing tile, etc.
4)Our KB-125C also can produce Terrazzo tiles size no more than 400*400mm. Very profitable for customers.

3. production line procedure
1. Moulding
Water will be got rid of during production, the pressure should be over 100tons((The pressure gauge indicates over 13MPa) and the pressing time should not be less than 3 seconds.
Change the filter net on lower mould in time, usually 2~3 times each shift. If water polluted and muddy, then filter net should be changed, otherwise tile’s quality will be affected.
2. Curing
Generally, wet tiles should be naturally cured 24 hours on the pallets, and humidity and temperature should be controlled at the same time. Take away pallets when tile surface solid, water tiles everyday in the first week, and water amount subject to humidity. It’s better to put tile in vertical way and 28- day curing time is needed before on sale
3. Color Painting
Color is painted after tile completely dried and dusted (water moisture content not over 2%). First painting for bottom layer with temperature range 50°C~60°C, after dried then paint the surface layer.
