Main features :
It is made by screening box,vibration motor,and frame parts. To make the different granule and power materials separate continuously by screens with different mesh,in order to satistf the needs of different users. It has features of high performance,low noise ,fully closed structure,no dust,and continuous operation,It is according with the requirements of GMP.
Working principle:
By vertical vibration motor shaft and the imbalance of the ends with partial heart heavy hammer produce excitation.Due to the vibration motor rotation of the motor ,making the screening and vibrantion part in level,horizontal and vertical direction movment.Adjust the upper and lower hammer phase change materials in a sieve ,and can satisfy the plane trajectory ,and the optimal proportion of material screening.Adjust the upper and lower hammer counter weight block,can arrive different vibration force ,in order to achieve best screen components of different proportion, different mesh materials
