MBBR filter media working principle
When sewage pass by carrier reactor, the microorganism constantly attached growth internal and external carrier, to form biological membrane.
The MBBR Carrier will free rotate in mixing liquid stirring, biological membrane and water pollutants in fully contact with water and make its decomposition, to make water quality purified , the mixture of flipping and carrier of mobile on aerobic aeration and anaerobic mixing in the form of implementation.
MBBR biological media technology adopt biological membrane basic principle, it make full use of activated sludge advantage, also overcome fixed type biological membrane dis-advantage;
The technology key lies in research and development of gravity close to the water, under mild agitation readily with water free movement of biological filler. Bio-filler has a large effective surface area for adsorption structure of microbial growth characteristics, the filler has an inner surface area available to microorganisms for protected growth characteristics.
When aeration, air bubbles rising water body filler and buoyancy driven flow around them, when the water flow and airflow through the gap filler filler Shiyou block, and divided into small bubbles. In such a process, the filler is sufficiently stirred and mixed with the water, while the air stream has been divided into sufficiently fine bubbles, and increase oxygen transfer efficiency of contact with oxygen in the biofilm. MBBR filter media can be used in any kind of Pond, it’s no need special pond, and it can used the same pond as before if we change the system to MBBR treatment system, what’s the most important thing is MBBR can be full use of pond volume.
