Operational principle:
Belt filter is an efficiency equipment by dehydrating process of concentrated (water ratio 95-98%) material into filter cake dehydration ,with the feature of continuous automatic production equipment, low production cost and installation, can change different mesh filters, continuous stepless speed regulation, adapting to different kinds of material solid-liquid separation. Whole structure is reasonable, prevent water splashed outside, roller inatalltion high accuracy, fewer adjust deviation, extended the filters, bearings, and pneumatic component’s life, main transmission adopts motor stepless speed regulation, increases the speed range, operation stable, rinse water front increased cleaning brush, improved filters washing effect, reduce wash water cinsumption ,increase the rate of sludge dewatering.
