Sludge belt filter press increased concentration based on original belt filter press , sludge concentration including condensed section, dehydration section, sludge mixed reaction system, which can put the second pond sludge (water ratio 99.2-99.6%) concentrated dehydration directly, thus eliminating the traditional enrichment pool, saving a lot of investment. Belt filter is an efficiency equipment by further dehydrating process of concentrated (water ratio 95-98%) material into filter cake dehydration ,with the feature of continuous automatic production, low production cost and installation, can change different mesh filters, continuous stepless speed regulation, adapting to different kinds of material solid-liquid separation.
