Sewage Water Treatment Mechanical Fine Bar Screen
Bar screens are used to remove large-size suspended imputities from the water - papers, fibers, twigs, roots, plants, etc., and are the first equipment on the stage of mechanical treatment of all process wastewater schemes.
Another area of bar screens application – protection of equipment against ingress of solid inclusions in the working chamber, thereby, extending the life-time of the equipment's operation and the prevention of mechanical damage.

The Mechanical Bar Screen is composed of driven device,rake tooth facility,flush facility,which is assembled by a special rake tooth into a group of rotary grille chain.
Under the drive of motor reducer,the rake tooth chain turn Rotary motion as reverse flow.When it get the top,the guiding power of the geneva wheel and curve will make every rake tooth to do the relative self-cleaning motion,then due to the gravity,most of the solid will drop down. The sundries sticking in the rake tooth will be cleaned up by sweeper's reverse movement.
