Stainless steel woven wire cloth has outstanding characteristics of resistance to the rust, corrosion, acid, alkali, heat and chemical. Also the stainless steel woven wire cloth has high strength and durability. Stainless steel woven wire cloth has widely applications in the industries, architecture, residences and other places.
1. Different Types of Stainless Steel Woven Wire Cloth

Market Grade
The market grade stainless steel woven wire cloth is the most common specifications of industrial wire cloth. It can be used in a wide range of applications. The weaving method can be plain weave and twill weave. -
Mill Grade
The mill grade stainless steel woven wire cloth is used mostly in sifting and sizing applications. It has higher percent of open area compared with the market grade, but less than that of tensile bolting grade. The weaving method is commonly the plain weave. -
Tensile Bolting Grade
Tensile bolting grade stainless steel woven wire cloth is widely used in the sifting and sizing applications and general filtration applications. It has high percentage of open area than the market and mill grade cloth. It is typically used when maximum throughput is crucial. The weaving method is commonly plain weave.

Plain Weave
Each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and each warp wire passes over one and under one weft wire, every weft wire have and warp wire the same diameter. -
Twill Weave
Twill weave means each weft wire passes over two and under two warp wires, and each warp wire passes over and under two weft wires. The wire diameter of the warp and weft is mostly same. The open area is smaller than the plain weave. -
Dutch Weave
Different with the plain weave and twill weave. Dutch weave stainless steel woven wire cloth has different wire diameter and aperture size in the weft and warp. Commonly the diameter in the weft is thicker than the warp wire. Weft wire is in the length direction with the warp wire in the width direction. The dutch weave can be divided into plain dutch weave and twill dutch weave.

QUANTITY NEEDED – How many rolls do you exactly need?
A standard roll is 30m length. Most of our clients usually place an order from 10-15 Rolls. - DIMENSIONS NEEDED – What is the length and width of each roll. Our standard widths are usually from 0.5m-6.0m, and we also could take orders by some other special sizes.
- MESH – number of openings per lineal inch.
- WIRE DIAMETER – expressed in decimal inches.

TYPE OF WEAVE – Plain, Twilled, Plain Dutch, Twilled Dutch, etc.
- For example, a customer should supply following details when places an order:
·1 piece 25 ft x 48” wide.
·4 x 4 mesh (4 openings per inch in each direction).
·047” diameter wire.
·Type 304 Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh.
·Plain Weave or Twill Weave. -
What does the price and delivery quote include?
Prices quoted are FOB Tianjin Xingang without any freight charges or any applicable taxes. -
Can I get samples?
Certainly we could supply you the samples for free if for small samples not larger than 1 square meter, but sometimes you should pay for the fright charge by DHL or Fedex. -
What is your minimum order?
There is no limits for the stocked products such as 1 Roll, 2Roll, etc, but for some special orders we have to manufacture exactly according to clients’ request. -
What are your payment terms?
We usually accept 30% prepaid payment then balance before its delivery for the stocks and we also could do 30% prepaid, balance after scanning the B/L copy. -
What is your return policy?
Please kindly inspect material before cutting, modifying or distributing. If there are quality problems please kindly return to us only in original condition for refund or replacement as clients’ request.
The buyer must notify us within ten calendar days after receipt of material if any problem.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
