Double Twist Bunching Machine with Mechanical Pay-offs
Model:HT-800P
Structure: our double twist bunching machine consists of two main parts, the pay-off part and the main machine.
Function: This machine is used for stranding of bare copper wires, tined copper wire, CCA etc..
The bow: through dynamic balance test to ensure the minimum vibration at a high speed running; with guide ceramics to make wire pass stably.
Bearing cooling and lubrication: by oil, it is more suitable for machine running at a high speed.
Pulling: by changing the pulling capstans to change the stranding pitches. There is no open gear transmission, all transmission are led by the synchronous tooth belts. The pulling casptans are coated with chromium.
