Product Describe:
VG Grizzly Vibrating Feeder is designed to be special applied ib blasted stone crushing process. It is usually primary crusher, with both feeding and scalping functions. Unique intergrated casting alloy grizzly bars have advantages of no clog, endurable life time and easy replacement. Extraordinary long through length to ensure smooth feeding. Flexible power transfer by universal joint can minimize bearing load&waer.
Advantage:
♦ Casting alloy grizzly with high rigidity can be free from clogging
♦ Service life of grizzly bars is extended 3 ~ 5 times compared to convention design due to extreme anti-avrasion property.
♦ Long through length to ensure smooth feeding
♦ Variable speed motor is equipped to easily adjusted feeding rate
♦Flexiable universal joint power transfer to minimize bearing loading.
