PTM1000 Pipe Pendulum Impact Testing Machine Charpy: 4J, 25J, 50J Application: Pendulum impact test for plastic pipe, nylon, rubber, FRP, glass fiber, composite plastic pipe, cast stone, electrical insulation materials, Charpy and Izod of friction material and other non-metallic materials. Features and use: This series Pendulum Impact Testing Machine is mainly designed to perform special tests for plastic pipe (PPR, PVC-C....) to determine impact resistance performance under dynamic loading. Three display methods are available: dial type, LCD monitor type, and microcomputer controlled type. Digital type can show absorbed energy, impact strength, the raising angle of pendulum and so on. Three modes divided from the energy 4J, 25J, 50J. Comply with ISO9854-1: 1994, ISO9854-2: 1994, and other industry or similar standards. Dial type features: 1. Pendulum using three-dimensional software, designed to ensure constant striker center with high precise 2.Use imported high-precision ball bearings, effectively minimizing the pendulum energy loss 3. Fast and simple to change impact energy only by changing pendulum arms. 4. Can be equipped with safety protection net LCD monitor type and microcomputer controlled type features: 1. Pendulum using three-dimensional software, designed to ensure constant striker center with high precise 2.Use imported high-precision ball bearings, effectively minimizing the pendulum energy loss 3. Digital monitor allows test result through a pin-type printer 8. Data Acquisition System - Shaftless photoelectric encoder, avoiding energy loss caused by pointer friction 9. Built-in energy loss correction procedure, every test results are revised according to the standard requirements. 10.
