Ring cutter is a special equipment to cut and separate the bead ring , the sidewall and crown of waste tires , which is the first process of treating waste tires 

Strip cutter is a special equipment to cut the sidewall and the crown o waste tires into rubber strips with a certain width , and width is adjustable , which is second process of treading waste tires 

Block cutter is utilized to process the rubber strips into rubber blocks with a certain size ,which is good for later production and improving work efficiency . It is generally used along with bar cutter , and it is essential equipment for waste tires processing 

Bead wire separator is mainly used to separate the rubber and bead ring of the steel rings in various tires to get the complete bead ring 

Rubber cracker is the main equipment to process steel wire tires and fiber tires , it can directly tread rubber strips , rubber blocks , shoe soles and leftover scraps into rubber powder with different mesh size . It can also separate steel wire , river and rubber effectively along with auxiliary equipment
